COMMERCIAL DESIGN-BUILD WORK
Our primary specialization is commercial design-build work, but we also do many plan and spec projects. The scope of our project experience encompasses commercial, industrial, institutional, agricultural, government, and residential multi-family projects.
WHERE WE WORK
Because we're based in the Des Moines, Iowa area, we primarily work in Iowa. Is your project out of state? We can still help. We've completed projects in Ohio, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Illinois, Kansas, Colorado, Michigan, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Texas.
PERSONALIZED FOR YOUR PROJECT
At KMI all of our projects are designed, drawn, and detailed in AutoCAD MEP. We coordinate our mechanical designs with the other building trades within the architectural constraints of each job.
